Add or change a payment card
Add your card on a secure payment page, with 3-D Secure verification and a mobile number. Nothing is charged during the trial. Changing your card doesn’t interrupt your subscription: the old card works until the new one is confirmed.
Steps

Open Settings → Billing and choose Add payment method, or Update card.

Enter your Mobile number with the country code. It’s saved for future payments.

You go to the payment page. Enter the card and finish your bank’s verification.
The page shows every line: the plan per member, and each add-on by name.

You come back to Corteksa, and the payment status shows.
Coming back to the page isn’t a confirmation on its own. Wait until the status changes to success.

The full amount is charged on the same page, so the workspace recovers
If you close the page, or the new card is declined, nothing changes, and the old card stays.
A payment attempt that isn’t finished within 24 hours counts as expired.

- The owner chose Update card and entered the new one.
The result
The subscription wasn’t interrupted, and it renewed on time from the new card.

Good to know
A mobile number is required to pay by card. Any country works, with its country code.
No billing address is asked for.
Pressing pay twice doesn’t charge you twice.
