Upgrade or downgrade your plan, and how members are billed
During the trial, changing your plan is free and immediate. After you subscribe, an upgrade charges the prorated difference to your card straight away, and a downgrade applies at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period.
The Change plan window opens on your current period, Monthly or Annual.

Example: an upgrade in the middle of the month charges half the difference between the two plans now, then the full new price is charged at renewal.
If the upgrade charge fails, the upgrade isn’t applied, and your subscription stays active on your current plan.
Switching between monthly and annual
The period can’t change in the middle of a subscription. If you choose the other period in Change plan, a note explains this, and the plans can’t be chosen. To switch, cancel your subscription, then subscribe again with the new period when the current one ends.
Members and your bill
Your bill = the price per member × the number of active members + monthly add-ons. Adding or deactivating a member shows in the next renewal, and amounts for the current period aren’t refunded.
On a year paid in installments, you see the amounts due for new members and add-ons, and you pay them by card on a payment page, without saving the card.
