Add a member directly with a password
Create the member’s account yourself: their name, email, phone, roles and password. Their sign-in details are emailed to them, and they’re asked to change the password the first time they sign in.

How it works
If the email already has a Corteksa account, the form won’t add it directly, because a new password wouldn’t work with the existing account. The form switches to an invitation instead, with Send invitation, and the roles and team you chose go with it.
For a new person, an invitation is often simpler: they choose their own name and password. See Invite a teammate to your workspace by email.
An auto-generated password is safer than one you make up, because you won’t know it once the member changes it.
Working hours and capacity aren’t in this form. Once the member is added, set them from Edit user. See Set a member’s working hours and capacity for new clients.
