These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and MOONTIJ LLC (“MOONTIJ”, “Muntaj Altiqniah Company For Communications and Information Technology”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America (NM Entity ID 7422415), with its registered office at 2201 Menaul Blvd NE, STE A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA. MOONTIJ LLC is the owner and operator of the Corteksa platform, accessible at corteksa.com (the “Service”).

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Service is provided through Muntaj Altiqniah Company For Communications and Information Technology (شركة منتج التقنية للاتصالات و تقنية المعلومات), Commercial Registration / National Unified Number 7052771396, VAT registration number 314447425500003, registered at Al Watan Al Arabi Street, Al Hamra District, Jeddah 23212, Saudi Arabia.

Corteksa is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform provided by MOONTIJ LLC. MOONTIJ LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious code

The Service, including all software, design, content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of MOONTIJ LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant MOONTIJ LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

MOONTIJ LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOONTIJ LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONTIJ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

MOONTIJ LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
