Delete your workspace
Deleting the workspace suspends it straight away for the whole team, and its data is deleted for good after 30 days. During that time, only Corteksa support can restore it.
The button to delete the workspace may not show for every account. Contact support if you need it.

An export of your data
- You need: The workspace owner only
- Export your data first, from Import your data from Excel or CSV.
Steps
1
Open Settings, and under Danger zone choose Delete Workspace.
2
Confirm it’s you with your password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple.
3
Choose Delete Workspace to confirm.
The workspace is suspended straight away, no member can open it, and the permanent deletion date shows.
Permanent deletion can’t be undone. You can’t undo it yourself after you confirm, and the workspace can only be restored within 30 days, through support.
Deletion you ask for and deletion for not paying
A deletion you ask for isn’t canceled automatically by any payment. A workspace that hasn’t been paid for in 90 days is scheduled for deletion by the system, and paying before the permanent deletion cancels it. See Read-only mode, and how to get your workspace back.

Why
What to do
“This workspace is already scheduled for deletion”
Deletion was already requested.
Wait for the date, or contact support to restore it.
“You don’t own this workspace”
Only the owner can delete it.
Ask the owner, or ask them to transfer ownership to you.
Good to know
The permanent deletion delay is 30 days.
Only the owner can do this: being a super admin isn’t enough.
You can’t ask to delete the same workspace twice.
