Cancel your subscription
Canceling stops renewal and keeps the full workspace until the end of the paid period. After that, it becomes read-only, like any unpaid account.
Steps

Open Settings → Billing.

Choose Cancel subscription, and confirm.

The status shows Canceled, with the date the period ends.
No renewal is charged after that.
How it works
After the period ends, the workspace becomes Suspended and read-only, and goes on the path to deletion after 90 days. See Read-only mode, and how to get your workspace back.
To come back, pay from Add or change a payment card, and a new subscription starts straight away.
If the payment provider refuses the cancellation, the request fails and nothing changes, so try again. The subscription never shows as canceled while the card is still being charged.
