Corteksa fills these fields automatically from Meta ads.
3

4
Optional: a Revenue field to calculate revenue.
5
Set Rows to show (1–50) and the Date field, press Continue, then press Add widget.
How it works
Column
Meaning
Leads
All the records in the campaign
Qualified
Records in qualified or won stages (a won record went through qualification)
Won
Records in won stages
Win rate
Won ÷ leads
Revenue
The sum of the revenue field, for won records only
Columns stay empty until you choose their stages: without won stages, the win rate and revenue don’t show.
The numbers depend on the current stage: a record that moved back from “won” isn’t counted as won.
Campaigns beyond Rows to show are combined into an “Other” row. Rows are sorted by number of leads.
Click a row to see the campaign’s records (Click any number to see the records behind it).
If something goes wrong
What you see
Why
What to do
The won and revenue columns are empty
You haven’t set the won stages.
Edit the widget and choose the stages.
The campaign is empty for leads from chats
For click-to-message ads, Meta only sends the ad’s title.
Choose the ad field in Campaign field.
Revenue is zero
No won records with a value in the date range.
That’s expected.
A real example
Namaa Academy
The situation
3 campaigns on Instagram, and she doesn’t know which ones bring enrollments.
What they did
- She used the “Marketing — Campaign performance” template, then chose the “Enrolled” stage as won and “Visit” as qualified.
- Value field: “Course fee”.
The result
One campaign brought 60% of the revenue at half the cost, so she stopped the weakest one.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
Good to know
Rows to show up to 50.
It doesn’t show in the pinned cards’ preview.
Smallest size: 4 × 3.
