2
Choose the unit and the Stage field (one select field).
3
In Stages, choose the stages that show, and drag them into order from first to last.

Choose the Date field and the filters, press Continue, then press Add widget.

How to read the funnel

Each stage’s value = the records in it or in any stage after it, among the chosen stages. A won deal must have gone through the “Qualified” stage, so it’s counted there too. That’s why the funnel never widens in the middle.

The conversion at each stage = its value ÷ the previous stage’s value, with one decimal place. The first stage has no conversion. Overall conversion = the last stage ÷ the first.

The funnel relies on the record’s current stage, not on when it moved between stages.

Click a stage to see its records and those of every stage after it (Click any number to see the records behind it).

A real example

Namaa Academy
The situation

She doesn’t know where leads stop before they enroll.

What they did
  1. A funnel on the leads unit with the stages: New → Contacted → Visit → Enrolled.
  2. Date range: last 30 days, by creation date.
The result

Conversion from “Contacted” to “Visit” was only 30%, so she added an automatic follow-up reminder.

A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.

Good to know

From 1 stage up to the group limit (50 by default).
In templates, the funnel takes every active option of the stage field, in their order, without archived ones.
