Pin the dashboards you use every day

Pin up to 6 dashboards to a bar at the top of the library, in the order you want. Each card shows the first two live numbers.

3 min

Steps

1
From a dashboard’s ⋯ menu, in the library or inside the dashboard, choose Pin to top.
2
Drag the cards in Pinned dashboards to reorder them.
3
To unpin, choose Unpin from the same menu.

How it works

Pinning is separate from favorites: a dashboard can be pinned, a favorite, or both.

Pinning is personal, and doesn’t give anyone access.

A pinned dashboard’s card shows the first two widgets (in layout order) that aren’t Text, Embed, Table, Activity or Campaign performance, and that you aren’t blocked from.

If you lose access to a pinned dashboard, it’s removed from your bar automatically.

Pinning a dashboard that’s already pinned does nothing, even if the bar is full.

6 dashboards by default; the owner can change it from 1 to 12.
