System templates: what each ready-made template contains
Ten ready-made templates in five categories. Each template asks only for your units and fields, then builds the dashboard in one step.
Before you start · for owners and managersThe “Create dashboards” permission
- You need: The “Create dashboards” permission
How it works
Template names, descriptions and widget titles show in your interface language (Arabic, English or Turkish).
In Create dashboard, the templates list shows each template’s category, its number of widgets, and a preview of where each widget will actually be placed. Filter it by category: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer success, General. Your workspace’s saved templates show next to the ready-made ones (Save your dashboard as a template for your team).
Why doesn’t a template include “win rate”?
A template only connects units and fields, and doesn’t know which option in your workspace means “won” or “open”. So:
- “Close rate” counts a deal as closed when its close date field is filled. To make it mean “in a won stage”, edit the numerator filter after you install it.
- The Campaign performance template installs without Qualified stages and Won stages; choose them after you install it (Compare leads, deals and revenue for each ad campaign).
- The goal comes without a number until an editor adds one (Track progress toward a target with a goal widget).
Dates in templates use “Created”. The funnel takes every active option of the stage field you connect, in their order.
