Plans and their monthly limits

The self-serve plans are Basic and Advanced, and the Enterprise plan is set up by our team. They differ in WhatsApp sessions, automation runs, AI credits and storage.

How limits work

Your actual limit = the plan’s limit + monthly add-ons, such as an extra WhatsApp session. Run packs and credit packs are added as a separate balance, used once the monthly limit runs out. See Buy an add-on or a credit pack.

Usage is counted by month, not by plan, so changing the plan changes the ceiling but doesn’t reset your usage.

A WhatsApp session only counts once it’s actually connected. A session that’s waiting for its code to be scanned doesn’t count.

When you reach a limit

The action that uses the resource stops, and a “Plan limit reached” message shows, with the option to upgrade or buy an add-on. The rest of the workspace keeps working.

Every plan includes message templates, document templates and integrations. Omni-Channel (API + IG + FB) is on the Advanced plan and above.

Good to know

Every plan is billed per member. When the workspace reaches its member limit, contact support to add more members.
You can’t choose the Enterprise plan on your own.
