Get notified straight away when an automation fails
Choose members who get a notification when any run fails, with a direct link to the failed run. The limit is one notification every 15 minutes per automation, then a summary.

Steps
How it works
The first failure is reported straight away and opens a 15-minute window. Failures inside it are counted, not reported.
The first failure after the window is reported with “N other runs failed within 15 minutes after the previous notification”.
If no later failure happens, no summary of the counted failures arrives.
An “uncertain” run counts as a failure and is reported.
Who is notified is set by the version of the automation the run ran on.
A member who has left isn’t notified.
The notification text shows in English for now.

A real example
A WhatsApp line was disconnected for two days without anyone noticing.
- Failure notifications for the owner and the operations manager on every sending automation.
