Map the ad form’s questions to the unit’s fields
Link each question in the form to a field in the unit, such as “Full name → Name”. Questions you leave unmapped aren’t saved on the record.

A registered form, the fields ready in the unit
- You need: Edit lead ads
- A registered form.
- The fields exist in the unit. See field types.
Steps
1
Choose Edit Mappings on the form, or reach the Map Fields step while registering it.
The form’s questions show as they are on the platform, and next to each question is a list of the unit’s fields.
2
Choose the CRM Field for each question. Leave questions that don’t matter as Not mapped.
3
Press Save Mappings (or Register & Save for a new form).
Saving replaces the whole previous mapping, and it applies to new clients only.
Tips
Always map the email or the mobile number, because they’re the basis of duplicate detection.
Don’t map any question to the “Lead Form”, campaign or ad fields; the system fills them in on its own. The source, though, you can fill in, and your value takes priority over the automatic source.
If the client leaves a question empty, the field stays empty.
If something goes wrong
What you see
Why
What to do
The entry is “Skipped” because there’s no mapping
No mapping was saved for the form.
Save the mapping, then wait for the next client.
The entry failed because of an invalid value
The question’s value doesn’t fit the field type, such as text in a number field.
Change the field or its type. See Track form submissions and see why one failed.
A select field is empty even though there’s an answer
The answer doesn’t match the field’s options.
Add the same option to the field, or map the question to a text field.
A real example
Basma Clinics
The situation
The “Book a teeth cleaning” form asks for the full name, the mobile number and the branch.
What they did
- They mapped the full name to the name field, and the mobile number to the phone field.
- They mapped the branch question to a “Branch” select field with the same options as the form.
The result
Records arrive complete, so the front-desk employee starts calling without any manual editing.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
Good to know
One question maps to one field.
Editing the mapping doesn’t reprocess earlier clients.
