Edit or delete a message you sent (WhatsApp Web)
On WhatsApp Web, you can edit the text of your message within 15 minutes, and delete it for everyone within 60 hours.

Steps

Hover over your message and choose Edit, then type the new text.
Edited shows on the message.

To delete, choose Delete, then confirm in the Delete Message window.
It’s deleted on the client’s side, and stays in Corteksa marked as deleted.
This action cannot be undone. Deleting for everyone removes the message from the client’s phone.
How it works
Editing works only for text messages you sent. You can’t edit a client’s message or a media message.
On a WhatsApp Cloud number that’s also used in the WhatsApp Business app, an edit or deletion you make from the phone shows on the original message in Corteksa.
The other channels don’t support editing or deleting for everyone.

60 hours have passed, or the message is from the client.
It can’t be deleted on the client’s side.

The number is disconnected.
