Star a chat, or pin it to the top
A star gathers important chats in one filter, and pinning keeps up to 3 chats at the top of the list all the time.
Steps

From the chat’s menu, choose Star Chat.
It shows in the Starred filter. To undo, choose Unstar Chat.

Choose Pin Chat.
It moves to the top of the list. To undo, choose Unpin Chat.
How it works
Both are shared: the star and the pin are saved on the chat, so everyone who sees the chat sees them. Agree with your team on what a star means, such as “Big client” or “Needs a manager”.
The pin limit covers the whole workspace: 3 pinned chats in the workspace, not 3 for each teammate.
