Status field: a record’s stages

Every unit has a built-in status field with colored stages. Edit the stages, mark which statuses are closed, and set transition rules.

3 min

How it works

The ready-made options: To Do, In Progress, Postponed, Completed, Cancelled.

Closed statuses decide what’s published in a public unit.

Set transition rules so no one skips a stage.

The system creates the status field, so it doesn’t show in Add Field, and it shows in the record’s header.
