Provider ID field: the client’s ID on the channel

The client’s ID on WhatsApp, Meta or TikTok. The system adds it when you connect channels, and it links chats to the record.

How it works

It doesn’t show in Add Field, because the system creates it and fills it in by itself.

It’s used to link a chat to a record, especially for clients who hide their number.

It works for matching in deduplication, and uppercase and lowercase count as different.

Nobody edits it by hand, and it doesn’t show in public forms.
