Select field: one option from a list

A list of colored options that the user picks one from, such as “Client type” or “City”.

3 min

How it works

The record saves the option’s ID, so renaming an option shows in every record right away, and doesn’t break filters or rules.

Deleting an option that’s in use keeps it showing in old records as a deleted option.

The “Equals” filter finds every matching record, however the option was saved in it.

It works for grouping a Kanban, as a trigger for conditional rules, and as the branch in numbering.
