Activate, deactivate or reorder a unit
Deactivate a unit to hide it and keep its data, activate it to bring it back, and drag the units to change their order.

Steps

Press Units settings (the gear next to Units in the sidebar) and stay on the Cortex Unit tab.

To deactivate a unit, choose Deactivate in the unit’s menu.
The unit can no longer be used, and its records are kept.

To bring it back, choose Activate.

To reorder, drag the units in the list. The new order shows in the sidebar.
What deactivating does
The unit’s records are kept, but they can’t be opened, and no new records can be added. Its name becomes free for another unit to use. To undo it, activate the unit again.

“Can’t find records of an inactive unit”
The unit is deactivated.
Activate it from Units settings → Cortex Unit.
Good to know
A unit can’t be deleted from the app. Deactivate a unit you no longer need: its records stay, and you can activate it again at any time.
