- You need: The Create permission on the WhatsApp Cloud row
Steps
1

3
Set each session’s members and unit.
How it works
Every WhatsApp Cloud template belongs to a session, and it’s sent for approval on that session’s business account. So templates work correctly even if you have more than one business account.
In coexistence mode, only the first number linked to the account is connected.
When you delete the last session of a business account, Corteksa unsubscribes from that account’s messages.

The situation
Each branch has its own official number, and all the numbers sit under one business account.
What they did
- The management connected the 3 numbers as 3 sessions.
- They made each branch’s staff members of their own branch’s number only.
The result
Each branch sees its own chats, and each number has its own approved templates.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
