Steps

Choose a record to preview in the editor.
The real values, line items, images and charts show in place of the chips.

Open the analysis panel to see: the sections that will print, the removed ones and why, and the fields that will print empty.

Press an item in the panel to jump to its place in the preview.

For a proof without a record: press Download proof, then choose With field names to show the names in brackets, or Blank form to leave them empty.

A proof without a record
Every section prints. A field shows its name in brackets, such as [Client name], or shows empty. The line items table prints its headings only. Images, charts and barcodes linked to fields aren’t drawn.
The preview includes unsaved changes.

A real example

The situation
An employee complains that the warranty clause doesn’t show in one contract.
What they did
- The supervisor opened the template and chose that contract to preview.
- The analysis panel: the “Warranty” section is removed because “Warranty period” is empty.
The result
She found the reason in a minute, and filled in the field without opening a ticket.

Good to know
Analysis covers up to 25 records at a time.
A record you can’t see doesn’t show in the preview.
