Complete the first setup wizard as the workspace owner

The first time you log in, the wizard asks about your business and your team, verifies your WhatsApp number, and lets you invite up to 10 teammates. Then you choose to start from a template, with AI, or from scratch.

Steps

Enter your name (required).

Choose your field, your role, your team size, and the tools you use today. These questions are optional, and you can type “Other”.

Enter your WhatsApp number (required), then the code you get on WhatsApp.
The number is used for automation practice runs and for the assistant on WhatsApp.

Invite your teammates by email (optional, up to 10).

Choose how to start: Use a ready template (recommended), Build with AI, or Start empty.
The wizard ends and doesn’t show again.

Invitees’ roles

Each invitee gets the role whose name exactly matches what you typed. If there’s no match, they get the Viewer role. You can promote them later from Edit a member, change their roles or deactivate them.

Skipping

The skip button takes you to the step where you choose how to start. The WhatsApp number step can’t be skipped unless sending the code actually failed.

Guided tours

After the wizard, short tours point out where features are the first time you visit a screen. The table tour disappears on its own after you create your first record.

The number is required for verification.
Enter a correct number. If sending actually fails, skipping becomes available.
The WhatsApp code didn’t arrive
The number is wrong, or it doesn’t receive messages.
Edit the number, or ask for the code to be sent again.
An invitee joined as a Viewer
The role you typed doesn’t match the name of an existing role.

The owner wants a ready system without building everything by hand.

What they did
  1. She completed the wizard and invited the two front-desk employees.
  2. She chose Build with AI and described the clinic, so the assistant suggested “Patients” and “Appointments” units, then built them once she approved.
The result

The system was ready to try in less than an hour.

Good to know

It shows to the owner only, once.
Progress is saved for 24 hours, so you carry on from where you stopped.
The Build with AI option shows only if the assistant is turned on.
Up to 10 invitations in the wizard.
