Cortex AI: your complete guide to the assistant

Ask in Arabic or English: “How many new clients this week?”, “Create a unit for contracts” or “Design a quote”. The assistant works with your permissions and changes nothing before you approve.

Steps

Open AI Assistant and choose New Chat.

Type your request clearly, such as: “Create a maintenance visits unit linked to clients, with the visit date, the technician’s name and the visit status”.

Review the confirmation card or the plan, then approve it or type your change.

Review the result, and go back to your earlier conversations from the list.

The situation

The manager wants to know which contracts end this month while he’s at a work site.

  1. He linked his number to the assistant on WhatsApp.
  2. He wrote: “How many contracts end this month? Assign them all to Khalid.”
  3. The assistant showed the count and asked him to confirm the assignment, and he replied “Yes”.
