See a member’s actual permissions
See the final level a member gets in each unit, channel and mailbox, after all their roles are combined. It answers “Why can they see this record?” without signing in to their account.
This screen may not show for every account yet.

The owner or a super admin
- You need: The owner or a super admin
Steps
1
Open the member from Members.
2
Choose View access.
3
Check the final level for each action. The owner and super admins show as Allowed for everything.
How it works
The view is read-only, and it doesn’t change anything in the member’s session.
The final level is the highest level among the member’s roles. See Permissions: Allowed, Team-wide access, If responsible, Denied.

What to do
“Only a super admin can view another user’s permissions”
You aren’t a super admin.
Ask the owner.
Good to know
You can always see your own permissions.
Only super admins and the owner can see another member’s permissions.
