“Mirror” mode: the chat shows in every matching record

A new record is created and linked to the matching ones, and the client’s chats show in every record of the duplicate group.

How it works

It’s made for chats: when a chat arrives from a client who has several records, the chat shows in the chats tab of each of those records.

It’s useful when you keep more than one record for a client in the same unit on purpose, and you want every assignee to see the chat.

When a record is created from a form, the interface or the API, there’s no chat to mirror, so the mode works like Separate + Flag.

Moving the record to another unit moves its mirror links with it.
